Subprocessors

1. About this list

A subprocessor is a third party that processes personal information on our behalf to help us run NoteTime. We use the providers below. This list supports the international-transfers section of our Privacy Policy and our accountability under Australian Privacy Principle 8.

2. Current subprocessors

  • WorkOS, Inc. — authentication and session management. Privacy
  • Google LLC — Google sign-in (OAuth). Privacy
  • OpenAI — AI summaries, answers, and related outputs you request. Privacy
  • PostHog — product analytics and error diagnostics. Privacy
  • Stripe — payments, subscriptions, and invoicing. Privacy
  • Typesense — search indexing of your notes. Website
  • We also use hosting, database, storage, email, and security providers to operate NoteTime.

3. Locations

These providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries, which may not have privacy laws substantially similar to Australia's. We remain accountable for personal information we disclose to them.

We update this list when our providers change. Check the "last updated" date above for the current version.
